Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Priorio (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Priorio at priorioapp.com you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account data: your email address, display name, and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we instead receive your name and email address from that provider.
• Your content: the tasks, subtasks, notes, goals, routines, and related details you create.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as your timezone (to show the correct day) and a session cookie to keep you signed in.
• Analytics data: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (e.g. pages visited, approximate location, and device/browser type). Google sets cookies to collect this information.

How we use it

• To provide the service — store your tasks, build your daily plan, and show your progress.
• To power AI features (capture, prioritization, planning, breakdown, suggestions, and the weekly review).
• To secure your account and improve reliability.

AI processing

When you use an AI feature, the relevant task text and context are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the result. This data is processed to return your response and is not used to train models. If AI is unavailable, Priorio uses built-in heuristics instead. You can avoid sending content to AI by not using the AI features.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with infrastructure and service providers needed to run and improve the service (e.g. hosting, database, the AI provider above, and Google Analytics), under their respective terms. See Google’s Privacy Policy for how Google handles analytics data.

Storage & security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on managed infrastructure. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your choices

• Access & export: you can view your data in the app; contact us to request an export.
• Deletion: you can delete tasks at any time, and request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Cookies: an essential cookie keeps you signed in, one stores your timezone so dates show correctly, and a short-lived cookie protects social sign-in. We also use Google Analytics cookies to measure site usage. We don’t use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
