You keep ownership of the tasks and content you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to operate the Service — storing your content and processing it (including via our AI provider) to deliver features you use. See the Privacy Policy.
AI-generated suggestions, plans, and summaries are provided to assist you and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You decide what to accept — review AI output before relying on it. Nothing in the Service is professional advice.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and may suspend or discontinue the Service. We’ll make reasonable efforts to keep it running but don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Priorio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
